The social security area answers and responds to a social security consultation related to the legal relationship between participant / beneficiary and closed private pension entity, open private pension entity, INSS and Own Social Security Schemes; analysis of benefit plan regulation and entity status; advises on the creation and structuring of regulations for new benefit plans, as well as the migration situation between the existing plan; accompanies changes to the benefit plan with the pension fund and the public sector; analyzes the entity’s legal situation, prepares and monitors a bill or other rule in the social security area and assists and monitors social security and accident-social security actions in all judicial and administrative authorities.
