The Office in São Paulo acts in the ordinary instances of São Paulo, as well as in nearby states, in the areas of labor, union, accident, social security, consumer, public servant, worker environment, in the amnesty committee, in the Court of Accounts, the Federal Court of Auditors and the Ministries.
The service involves filing and following up a lawsuit in a local ordinary court and an administrative request in the Ministries. A lawsuit originating from the need for a local client can be filed and followed up in a Superior Court.
