In Brasília, the Office acts in the Superior Court (Supreme Federal Court, Superior Court of Justice and Superior Labor Court) and in the National Uniformization Class (TNU), ordinary instances of the Federal District as well as in nearby states, in the labor areas , union, accident, social security, consumer, public servant, worker environment, in the amnesty committee, in the Court of Auditors, in the Federal Court of Accounts and in the Ministries.
The service consists of the elaboration of deadlines and memorials, oral arguments and hearings with Ministers and the filing and follow-up of judicial action in a local ordinary instance and administrative request in the Ministries.
